ERIC RAY BRAZIL
MISSING SINCE 3/14/2022
Eric Ray Brazil, 34, disappeared from Springfield, Oregon on the evening of March 14, 2022 under concerning circumstances. His last known location as reported by his girlfriend to police was the Centennial Park Apartments, where he was a resident and employee. On the day of his disappearance, Eric was reportedly in a paranoid state and “fled” the apartments in his white Honda CRV that evening, raising alarm among those close to him. In addition, there were possible sightings of Eric at O Bar near Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon later that night. His girlfriend reported him missing several days later after he failed to appear at work as the Assistant Manager for the apartment complex where he lived.
On March 27, 2022, hikers discovered Eric's vehicle abandoned in a remote area at the end of Goodpasture Road in Vida, Oregon. The vehicle was deserted on an old logging road surrounded by dense forest. Nearby, Eric’s wallet and cellphone were found, but extensive searches of the area involving ground teams and K9 units yielded no trace of Eric.
Eric's family and friends describe him as responsible and hardworking, and his sudden disappearance is deeply out of character. Law enforcement and volunteer groups continue to search for leads, but the case remains unsolved.
Eric is a 34-year-old White male. At the time of his disappearance, he was 5’11’ and weighed approximately 170 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. The Springfield Police Department has jurisdiction over Eric’s missing persons case.
